These policies are here to keep your experience with us straightforward and stress-free. We’re a hometown shop in Carthage, Missouri, and we treat every order the way we’d want to be treated — honestly, by the book, and without the big-box runaround. Firearm Sales & Compliance
All firearm sales are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local law. Buyers must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun and at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun or ammunition. Every transfer requires a background check and the completion of all required ATF paperwork — no exceptions. We follow all applicable ATF regulations on every sale we make.
Shipping & FFL Transfers
Firearms can only ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder — never directly to a residence. Provide your dealer’s FFL at checkout, or have them email a copy to us, and we’ll verify it before your firearm leaves our shop. Non-firearm items ship straight to your address. Local pickup is always available right here in Carthage.
Returns & Exchanges
Once a firearm has been transferred to you, federal law generally prevents us from accepting it back as a return. If a firearm arrives defective, it’s handled through the manufacturer’s warranty — and we’ll help you coordinate that process at no charge. Non-firearm items may be returned in new, unused condition; just contact us first so we can guide you through it.
Layaway
Our free 90-day layaway lets you reserve what you want for just $20 down on any order of $100 or more. You pay in simple milestones — 10% by day 10, 30% by day 30, and 60% by day 60 — with the balance paid in full by day 90. There is never any interest or fees. Used & Consignment Firearms
Every used and consignment firearm we sell is inspected by our team and backed by our 90-day bonus guarantee, so you can buy pre-owned with confidence.
